US Postal Service to Review System for Regulating Market Dominant Rates and Classifications

The US Postal Service is launching a review to assess whether its current system for setting rates and classifications for dominant market products is meeting its objectives, as mandated by the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act of 2006.
