NASDAQ PHLX LLC Files Proposed Rule Change for Tick Size Pilot Compliance

NASDAQ PHLX LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to amend Rule 3317, which relates to compliance with the Regulation NMS plan to implement a tick size pilot. The proposed rule change would take effect immediately.
