U.S. Adds 23 Russian Entities to Entity List and Clarifies License Review Policy

The U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security has amended the Export Administration Regulations by adding 23 entities to the Entity List, targeting those deemed to be contrary to U.S. national security or foreign policy interests, in an effort to strengthen sanctions on Russia for violating international law and fueling the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
