Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to three incident report forms and an accident report form to enhance pipeline safety, following a 60-day comment period that received 10 comments from stakeholders, with 9 supporting the proposed changes.
