EPA Exempts Methyl Isobutyrate and Isobutyl Isobutyrate from Tolerance Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of methyl isobutyrate and isobutyl isobutyrate, which are used as inert ingredients in agricultural applications, following a petition from Jeneil Biosurfactant Company under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
