Social Security Administration Announces Adjustments to Civil Monetary Penalties

The Social Security Administration is providing notice of its updated maximum civil monetary penalties, which went into effect on January 15, 2017, and are adjusted annually for inflation, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
