Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation; Proposed Extension of Information Collection; Comment Request

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on proposed extensions to two information collection forms, the Employer's First Report of Injury or Occupational Disease (LS-202) and the Employer's Supplementary Report of Accident or Occupational Illness (LS-210), as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
