Agency Seeks OMB Review for Modified Ethics in Government Act Access Form

The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is requesting public comment on a modified version of its Ethics in Government Act access form, OGE Form 201, which is used to access executive branch public financial disclosure reports and other covered records, ahead of its submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a three-year extension under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
