NMFS Announces 2017 Fee Percentages for Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program

The Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions announce fee percentages for the Pacific coast groundfish trawl rationalization program, including 3.0% for the Shorebased Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Program and 0% for the MS Coop Program, to calculate cost recovery fees due in 2017. The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) also redetermines previous years' fees.
