Nexteer Automotive Acquires Delphi Steering, Includes On-Site Leased Workers from Multiple Companies

Nexteer Automotive has acquired Delphi Steering, which is currently being staffed by on-site leased workers from several companies, including Acro Services Corporation, Aerotek, Inc., and Kelly Services, in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.
