NMFS Seeks Authorization to Take Marine Mammals for Russian River Estuary Management

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing regulations to govern the incidental taking of marine mammals in Sonoma County, California, as part of the Russian River estuary management activities, following a request from the Sonoma County Water Agency (SCWA) for authorization over a five-year period (2017-2022).
