CDC Announces Electronic Filing of Import Data Through Automated Commercial Environment

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has introduced a new policy requiring the electronic submission of import data related to CDC-regulated items through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system, replacing certain paper-based processes to improve public health protection.
