Supplemental Agricultural Disaster Assistance Programs, Payment Limitation and Payment Eligibility Rule

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has implemented changes to several agricultural disaster assistance programs, including the Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP), Livestock Indemnity Program (LIP), and Tree Assistance Program (TAP), in response to the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018. The rule also includes additional application periods for these programs and clarifying amendments to the regulations.
