Revision of Fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for Fiscal Year 2017

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to revise its fee schedules to recover 90% of its annual budget through fees, as mandated by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990. The proposed fee rule is based on the NRC's FY 2017 budget justification, which reflects a $952.1 million budget decrease from FY 2016.
