NRC Approves Transfer of Master Decommissioning Trust for Indian Point Nuclear Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved the transfer of the Master Decommissioning Trust for Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 3 and the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant from the Power Authority of New York to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., allowing for the modification of license conditions to reflect the transfer.
