U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Revised Guidance on Theft and Diversion Threats for Nuclear Facilities

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide 5.70, providing updated guidance on preventing theft and diversion of Category I fuel cycle facilities, based on lessons learned from inspections and current threat data.
