U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Updates Guidance for Nuclear Power Plant Waste Classification

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is releasing an updated version of its Regulatory Guide 1.26, which provides quality group classifications and standards for nuclear power plant waste-containing components, to reflect recent lessons learned and updated program guidance.
