U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Extends Deadline for Public Hearing Request on Waste Control Specialists LLC License Application

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has extended the deadline for members of the public to file a request for a hearing and petition for leave to intervene on Waste Control Specialists LLC's (WCS) license application to construct and operate a consolidated interim waste storage facility, from March 31, 2017 to May 31, 2017.
