Tennessee Valley Authority Seeks Early Site Permit for Clinch River Nuclear Site

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received an application from the Tennessee Valley Authority for an early site permit for the Clinch River Nuclear site in Tennessee, and will prepare an environmental impact statement as part of the review process, inviting public participation in the environmental scoping process.
