U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Revised Guidelines for Protective Coatings at Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released Revision 3 of its Regulatory Guide 1.54, outlining a recommended method for selecting, applying, and maintaining protective coatings at nuclear power plants, in response to a request from the Nuclear Energy Institute and a proposal by the American Coatings Association.
