U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Grants LaCrosse Solutions Exemption for Low-Level Radioactive Waste Shipment Notification

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted an exemption to LaCrosse Solutions, LLC, allowing the company to delay notification of low-level radioactive waste shipment receipt from 20 to 45 days, citing operational experience that rail shipments may take longer than expected.
