U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Approval of License Transfer for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reviewing an application by Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. to transfer the license and operating permit for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station to NorthStar Nuclear Decommissioning Company, LLC, a subsidiary of NorthStar Group Services, Inc.
