Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. Receives NRC Exemption for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. an exemption to operate an independent spent fuel storage installation at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, allowing the facility to store low-enriched and high-enriched fuel assemblies in the same container.
