GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC Receives NRC Approval for GEH Facility License Amendment

GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC submitted a license amendment request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the GEH Facility at Morris, Illinois, to clarify the storage of liquid and solid waste treatment products. The NRC approved the amendment on June 29th, 2017, along with its safety evaluation report.
