NRC Withdraws Guidance on Statistical Analysis of Nuclear Material Accounting Data

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has withdrawn its Regulatory Guide 5.22, which provided guidance on assessing the assumption of normality in nuclear material accounting data, as the need for such procedures has diminished.
