NRC Requests Renewal of Occupational Exposure History Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for renewal of its NRC Form 4, a cumulative occupational exposure history collection, which is used to track worker radiation exposure.
