U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Agreement on Nuclear Plant Compliance

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed an agreement with the Tennessee Valley Authority to restore compliance with NRC regulations at the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, and Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, following a mediation session on June 9, 2017.
