U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Revised Emergency Planning Guide for Research Reactors and Other Facilities

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released revision 2 of its Regulatory Guide 2.6, outlining a recommended approach for emergency planning at research and test reactors, as well as other non-power production and utilization facilities, to help licensees and applicants comply with relevant regulations.
