U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves AREVA, Inc.'s Indirect Transfer of Nuclear Licenses

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued an Order approving AREVA, Inc.'s indirect transfer of several nuclear licenses, following a planned reorganization of its parent company and the sale of part of the parent company, without affecting AREVA, Inc.'s direct control over the licenses.
