U.S. Department of Commerce Amends Regulations for Benchmark Survey of International Transactions

The Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) is updating its reporting requirements for the mandatory BE-120 Benchmark Survey of Transactions in Selected Services and Intellectual Property with Foreign Persons, which applies to the 2017 fiscal year, to improve data quality and efficiency.
