DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Adjust Liquidated Damages Rate for Inflation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and adjust the liquidated damages rate for inflation, in response to the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
