U.S. General Services Administration Announces Intent to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Sale of Plum Island

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has announced its intention to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the sale of Plum Island, New York, and an ancillary support facility at Orient Point, New York, with a potential sale date of 2023 or later.
