DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule on Non-Retaliation for Disclosure of Compensation Information

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted a final rule implementing Executive Order 14086, Non-Retaliation for Disclosure of Compensation Information, without any changes. This rule also incorporates a final rule issued by the Department of Labor.
