GSA to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for DHS Headquarters Consolidation

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) plans to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to support the continued consolidation of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters at the St. Elizabeths West Campus, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
