DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Recruitment Fees in Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and provide a definition of 'recruitment fees' to combat human trafficking in the workplace, in line with the FAR policy.
