DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Permanent Whistleblower Protection for Contractor Employees

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide permanent protection for contractor employees who disclose certain information, and to clarify that this protection applies to subcontractors as well.
