WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Anti-Dumping Measures Applying Differential Pricing Methodology to Softwood Lumber From Canada

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public comments on a dispute with Canada over the United States' application of differential pricing methodology to softwood lumber imports from Canada, following a request from Canada to establish a dispute settlement panel under the World Trade Organization.
