U.S. Imposes Additional Duties on Chinese Products

The U.S. Trade Representative has modified the existing investigation into China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation, imposing additional 10% duties on certain Chinese products, with rates set to increase to 25% on January 1, 2019.
