CFTC Responds to District Court Remand Order in SIFMA v. CFTC

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued its final response to a US District Court remand order, addressing cost-benefit concerns and rule changes in response to comments submitted on the initial response to the order, stemming from the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's lawsuit against the CFTC.
