US Commission Launches Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations into Large Diameter Welded Pipe Imports
The US Commission has initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into large diameter welded pipe imports from Canada, China, Greece, India, Korea, and Turkey, amid allegations of unfair pricing and government subsidies. The preliminary phase investigation must be completed by March 5, 2018, or 45 days from the initiation date.
