U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Pool Spa Enclosures

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a settlement agreement, effectively ending an investigation into Certain Pool Spa Enclosures, following a joint motion to terminate the investigation on January 23, 2018.
