US Commission Launches Investigations into Laminated Woven Sacks from Vietnam

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into imports of laminated woven sacks from Vietnam, alleging they are sold at below fair value and subsidized by the Vietnamese government, with a preliminary decision due by April 23, 2018.
