Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Resin from China and India: Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Anti-Dumping Duty Investigations Scheduling

The US Commission is scheduling the final phase of an investigation into whether imports of PTFE resin from China and India are harming the US industry. The investigation, which began after Commerce found Indian government subsidies, will determine if US imports of PTFE resin are being sold at unfairly low prices.
