Canon Faced with Patent Infringement Allegations by U.S. International Trade Commission

Canon Inc. of Japan, Canon U.S.A. Inc. of Melville, New York, and Canon Virginia, Inc. of Newport News, Virginia, have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 28, 2018, alleging that Canon is infringing on several U.S. patents related to toner cartridges and components. The complainants are seeking an investigation by the Commission.
