U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in 3Shape Trios A/S Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting a motion to add 3Shape Trios A/S, a Danish company, as a respondent in a complaint filed by another company.
