U.S. International Trade Commission Review of Section 337 Violation Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final initial determination finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has extended the target date for filing written submissions by five business days from August 15, 2018, to August 22, 2018.
