INVT SPE LLC Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over LTE- and 3G-Compliant Cellular Communications Devices

INVT SPE LLC has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain LTE- and 3G-compliant cellular communications devices infringe on four U.S. patents and requests the Commission to institute an investigation and issue exclusion orders.
