US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Laminated Woven Sack Investigation from Vietnam

The US Commission is scheduling the final phase of an investigation into whether US imports of subsidized laminated woven sacks from Vietnam are harming the US industry. The investigation, which began after Commerce found the imports to be sold at less-than-fair-value, aims to determine if the imports are causing material injury to the US industry.
