US International Trade Commission Affirms Partial Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The US International Trade Commission has determined that a violation of Section 337 has occurred in the investigation into Certain Two-Way Radio Equipment and Systems, and has issued a limited exclusion order against infringing products and cease and desist orders against two domestic respondents.
