U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination Regarding Certain Earpiece Devices and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting a motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to correct the names and addresses of two existing respondents in a case involving certain earpiece devices and components.
